Job Summary :

BTA is an intelligent direct to consumer marketing platform. It is developing a set of new global products that are completely changing the way brands and marketers are connecting with their consumers to introduce, explain & sell their products and services directly.

With two global and one Indian leader brands signed up - pilots and MVP's are live in a stealth mode.

These first tech products in the world' need a crack team of highly conscious and motivated experts and entrepreneurs to blow up the early promise. The need is to partner with multinational teams to distribute these technology products across a number of global products and services to conventional marketers of large brands. We are looking for candidates and a global education or exposure from top notch business schools. Immersion in tech goods, digital marketing and data is a prerequisite.

Job Description :

- Purchasing user brands through direct touch, word-of-mouth driving and/or partnership with the founding team.

- Sourcing potential new clients.

- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients.

- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.

- Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.

- Maintaining strong customer relations.

- Meeting sales targets.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Technology Sales

- Engineering Background Preferable

- Understanding of FMCG Markets, understanding of Activations (ATL/BTL) and Technology

Preferable :

- Strong communication (written & oral) and IT fluency

- Creative qualities and the potential to tackle challenging issues

- In-depth understanding of the tech product market and its current affairs

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- An Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude

- Attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organized execution skills (remotely too - now)
