We are looking for a master storyteller, with a high degree of confidence with all shapes and forms of data - numeric sales data, consumer research data, social media chatter, brand reviews, etc. and the ability to find linkages between disparate date sets to come up with a sharp business point of view.

Manager/Senior Manager

- Manage client expectations and understand the larger business or marketing problem from their perspective.

- Leverage multiple marketing data sources - both quantitative and qualitative - to extract insights and augment the same through relevant secondary research to inform marketing decisions.

- Distil the core insights from multiple data sources that provoke action by addressing the "So What?" and "Now What?" questions.

- Hands on experience of multiple market research methodologies and analytics protocols.

- Deep experience with use of statistical multivariate techniques - Factor Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regression Modeling, Max-Diff Analysis, Price Modeling, etc.

- Ability to make impactful presentations over digital platforms.

- Digitally savvy - aware of digital life and behavior's of today's netizens, analyze social media trends.

- Passionate about experimenting with new ideas and solutions.

- Strong Experience in Quantitative Consumer Research

- Atleast more than 2 years of experience in proposal writing, Client relationship management, account management and team management

- Should have worked on minimum 2 clients and across minimum 3 study types in a delivery & managerial role

Skills

- MBA with specialization in marketing /communications

- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities, business-orientation

- About 3-7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand communication, marketing research, marketing consulting or CI role.

- At least 1 year of team management experience

- Ability to converse with clients and distil the critical marketing issues that need to be tackled.

- Experience in handling multi-country scenario assignments

- Excellent command over English language, both written and spoken

- Ability to make impactful presentations over digital platforms.

- Entrepreneurial mind set, with a high tolerance for ambiguity
