Branding Specialist - Product Marketing - Optometry

Product Marketing/Branding Specialist (Optometry or Opthalmology Degree holder need apply only)

- Responsible for leading and supporting all internal and customer-facing Go to Market activities for existing lens products categories and new product launches

- Developing and supporting category growth through in-store and customer-facing materials, and communications.

- Providing in-field support to retail teams to evolve and develop category growth strategies and tools.

- Gather competitive information on pricing inclusive of all margins and schemes, analyse effect on sales due to pricing structure revision, prepare price change proposal and share with the Global Product Manager in order to sustainably increase the Volume, Value and Gross Margin of the lens category

- Leads and directs key analytics to understand sales trends, COGs impact and profitability
for the lens category.

- Scope environment for portfolio gaps or market gaps. Create the Innovation funnel for the brand. Lead the product launch and ensure tracking of launch in incubation stage

- Ensure Statutory and Legal compliance by providing intent, scope of contract and relevant information to legal

- Provide inputs to Global Planning and Supply teams on the activities planned for the brand and the timelines for the same in order to contribute to sales forecasting.

- Create brief for media agency and lead creative strategy based on product portfolio objectives & execute the media activity calendar and allocate expenses based on activity, brand plans and budget allocations.
