Responsibilities: - Completely lead the brand story creation - Lead the market research including category research, consumer research, consumer trends, cultural influences etc for the client in purview - The consumer research and trend analysis should be done in a very scientific way and documented at every step of the way - Work with cross-functional teams (graphic design, structure design, and design intelligence team) to ensure smooth implementation of strategy into actual execution - Take ownership of the copy and content that will go on the package - Assist the content team to drive content creation related to brand design - The projects could be for an end to end brand design or could be for a promotional campaign/one-time activity as well Requirements: - Stellar Storytelling ability - At least 4 years of proven experience brand or any other design field - Project management skills and leadership skills: the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward - Very good understanding of brand and packaging design. Experience as a designer would definitely get more plus points. - Being a creator at heart - Natural curiosity with an interest in continuous learning. In a hyper-growth startup environment, it is essential that you are flexible and adaptable and have the capability of taking ownership - The ability to be a dynamic team player with a drive to achieving growth goals - The ability to think critically and analyze data to interpret meaningful consumer behavior insights
