- India's leading media organization seeks a Brand Solutions Specialist to join its elite team.

- The role involves crafting innovative media campaigns, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and negotiating win-win deals.

- The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in media sales, brand marketing, or advertising, with a proven track record of success.

- They should be a creative catalyst, market maven, persuasive presenter, negotiation ninja, and team player.

About the Position

This position is responsible for events, concept selling, idea selling (overall media solutioning), print, digital - planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Areas of Responsibilities:

- Sell idea -based integrated media solutions to clients.

- Inclination to work on print media.

- Provide Content solutions for the clients.

- Grow business by servicing the existing clients

- Work towards selling new and existing clients, distinct Mid to large scale IPs (Both Local and National) and generate sponsorships

- New customer acquisition and maximize revenue by leveraging value across all available platforms - On-ground, ATL - Print, Digital, Social etc.

- Building healthy relationships with the internal stakeholders as well

- Meet assigned revenue targets as per agreed timeline

- Explore new partnerships with affiliated organizations/ associations for curation and better content management

- Create new opportunities in the existing events to upsell and renew existing campaigns/ clients through sales team

Preference:

- Previous experience in concept selling, events.

- Excellent oral, written communication skills

- Knowledge of the industry and the market

- Knowledge of power point & excel is a must

Education - we require MBA/PGDM candidates mandatorily, basic graduation.
