The position is functionally accountable for:-
1. Defining, recommending and implementing a brand strategy in alignment with PVMI goals, competition activities and changing consumer market for an allotted brand/product category
2. Planning/executing the marketing and branding initiatives for an allotted brand/product category
3. Participating in new product ideation/implementation in own product/brand category
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Track brand performance
- Track market for competitor activity. Review research data and align to brand need
- Participate in brand market strategy in conjunction with the reporting manager and National Marketing Manager
- Plan and conduct market visits to get an on the ground feel of the brand visibility; movement market, channels etc
- Design and execute the ground level activities through effect coordination & briefing of event organizers
- Design/launch brand media campaigns with support from media manager and creative agencies-brief concerned parties, manage creative inputs, achieve the right media mix and coordinate media campaign launch
- Digital/Social would be a critical element
