Job Description : The purpose of this position is to head up the entire brand operations from sales, marketing, brand management, new product development and managing all the customer touchpoints with a focus on the entire 4P gamut of marketing. The incumbent will be solely responsible for the entire strategy of the brand in the offline and online space and have the top & bottomline accountability lying with them.

Description :
1. Provide the inputs with regard to the annual operating budget, case mix, revenue, with the consolidated product calendar encompassing the product & brand plan aligned to the envisaged business strategy based on the market, consumer and previous trends.
2. Develop mid to long term sales and marketing strategy that supports exponential growth for the brand
3. Create and oversee the execution of a defined marketing strategy by analysing and identifying opportunities from consumer data to ensure market leadership and growth in revenue as well as brand equity
4. Analyse trends and emerging habits among target customers to recommend action and ensure that our products are in tune with demand5. Review the product brief developed and present the brief to the design team for the development of the concept
6. Liaison with the NPD team to determine the the production price for products to ensure that price is within the agreed price range and garner required approvals / appropriate actions in case of deviations7. Liaison with the visual merchandising team for brief of VM team
8. Undertake periodic modifications in the price of the products basis the market analysis, competitor analysis, inflation, product performance and business requirements9. Define the band positioning among the target consumers and lead the briefing of the agencies (creative, media, digital, etc.) for developing the plan to achieve the brand objectives
10. Ensure the execution of the branding initiatives periodically as per the finalised plan11. Monitor the performance of the branding initiatives / campaigns periodically and recommend necessary course corrections if mandated
- Ideally from FMCG and apparel lifestyle background
- MBA from tier 1/2 institutes preferred- Current/preferred location to be Bengaluru
