Description :

- Co-creating a series of Relevant Communications that makes consumers actively consider the company

- developing a deep consumer understanding of triggers and barriers for adoption of online shopping as a habit

- co-developing brand strategy and make timely interventions to keep brand in line with the identified vision and essence

- For creating and building Brand Identity of Brands of the company

- Driving awareness for the company's brand and building brand equity among the core TG through mass media & targeted campaigns.

- Deliver topline by increasing number of visitors, conversions and the ticket size

- Independently leading, managing and delivering on key projects

Must Have Skills:

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School

Preferred Industries : Top FMCG/FMCD/Internet/Retail/General Mechandise

- At least 2-3+ years of Strong brand marketing experience in premier marketing led organizations (preferably Brand Innovation experience)

- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to - business relevant actionable insights

- Experience in handling Communication and Market Research Agencies

- Strong communication and influencing skills

General Expectations from the role:

- Appreciation of technology led businesses and the online marketing domain

- Planning Learnability and adaptability around the new age technology and marketing strategies

- Strong business Partnership with good P & L understanding

- Understand Business strategies/ plan and conceptualize consumer research reports

- Provide ROI Analysis of all Marketing campaigns and Sales activities

- Conduct Market research to: analyze competitors, research market perceptions; evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs
