Position- Solutions Manager

Location : Mumbai

Role :

Position Title: Solutions Manager – National Role.

CTC open 12 – 14 lacs pa plus variables.

Function – Providing customized Brand and Marketing Solutions to all the Corporate Clients

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:-

- Managing Brand solutions for radio and other verticals for corporate clients.

- Also to head the corporate commercial production team responsible for conceptualizing and producing radio creatives for the clients.

- Understand clients' marketing objective/challenge and design innovative customized that work for the client

- Handling client requirements independently and ensuring that the day to day working of all clients is implemented with efficiency.

- Pitches can be brief-led or proactive or a sponsorship opportunity.

- Effectively present the idea and its execution internally to the team for everyone's clear understanding.

- Help Sales present the idea/s and their execution effectively to clients and close the deal.

- Responsible for providing solutions and converting the business through current campaigns as well as proactive pitches.

- Also, responsible for successful execution of the campaign till its completion.

- Business Development - Making pitches for new businesses.

Job Specifications

- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Media Communications/Advertising/Marketing

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and their execution

- Experience in effective client interaction

- Knowledge of visual design and design software will be preferred
