Position (Designation): Brand Marketeer

Dept/Division: Premium Personal Care

Grade: Manager

Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the Role

This role holder is responsible for end to end management of two skincare brands and drive profitability and growth for the business

Qualification & Experience

- Post-Graduation in Management

- Experience of 4 to 5 years in FMCG

- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience

Key Deliverables of the Role

- Responsible for Brand building of the assigned brand

- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand

- Develop Marketing programs

- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy

- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand

- Lead communication development on the brand

- Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods

- Product promotion through Market communication, Media and Sales visibility

- Leading innovation and NPD

- Reports to Group Product Manager / Group Product Head

- Supply Chain & Commercial teams

- Consumers

- Agencies (Creative, Research & Media)

The member has options of working on challenging innovation projects not only in India but across Marico international geographies. There could be exposure to other categories as well to develop a more wholesome perspective.
