Brand Marketing Manager - Premium D2C Innerwear Brand

Founded in 2020, our Ahmedabad based client offers eco-friendly innerwear for both men and women. Their collection is made up of ultra soft micro modal fibres extracted from beechwood trees. They are ideal for everyday wear and come in fun prints and bold colours and are available through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.

This shark tank funded startup has been funded by visionaries like Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Beenext etc and is revolutionising the traditional innerwear market.

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives across social media, Influencer Marketing, Content, and Community.

What you will do:

- Devising and executing killer marketing strategies in line with the company's brand vision

- Leading and inspiring a talented marketing team, managing at least 3+ individuals to greatness

- Shaping the company's social media presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging vibe across platforms

- Forging and maintaining relationships with influencers, conjuring impactful campaigns for wider brand reach

- Driving the creation of jaw-dropping, on-brand content across channels, from websites to blogs

- Cultivating a lively community around the brand, enhancing engagement and loyalty

- Analyzing campaign performance, using data insights to optimize strategies for maximum brand impact

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

- 4+ years as a Brand Manager (or similar) in D2C or marketing agencies

- Proven track record of leading and managing teams

- Jedi-level understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and community engagement

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills

- Strategic thinker with a flair for creativity

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Analytical mindset, turning data into marketing gold

- Knowledge of industry trends
