About the brand :
This brand is aiming to be the Nike for Medical Apparel in India - a brand to celebrate all medical professionals across India with the most functional and fashionable apparel.
They currently supply to multiple cities and has partnered with 1000+ institutions, the brand has recently introduced Eco flex technology that uses 100% recycled polyester made from PET bottles found in ocean waste, making them a socially responsible brand.
The founders are alums of Stanford University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Lasalle College of the Arts.
Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy & Management
- Go to Market (GTM) Strategies for new product launches.
- Identify new and emerging Marketing Channels and create awareness of the brand.
- Implementation of Brand Strategies to maximize sales for each customer segment (B2C & B2B).
- Build the overall 360 Marketing Strategy for the Brand across Channels
- Development and Execution of Plans as per trends and positioning in the category.
- Manage a team of 5 members
- Brand Promotions & Campaigns
- Run successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geographies
- Brand building through meaningful storytelling, campaigns, and effective marketing strategies.
- Timely execution of all marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in coordination with various agencies (creative, media, packaging, vendors, etc.).
- Responsible for creating marketing collaterals for marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing :
- To manage the digital strategy and content direction.
- Understanding of paid campaign strategies across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and more).
- Track and capture KPIs of the campaigns.
Industry Analysis:
- Track competition/substitute brands and bring out consumer insights.
- Analyze consumer behavior for the brand's own products and competition.
- Market analysis to ensure the brand retains and grows market share.
- Keep a track of new trends and innovations by competition and their results on customers.
Content & Creatives :
- To be responsible for the communication of clear and consistent brand messages.
- Cultivate and protect brand image.
- Develop content for consumption by digital and traditional media.
- Develop good relations with the PR to grow the presence of the brand.
Good to have:
- 5+ years of experience in Brand management
- Led marketing for a fast-growing brand
- Have experience in building a brand with proven results , online and offline marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
