1) Plan strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
2) Define product strategies and road maps
3) Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
4) Develop sales tools and collateral's
5) Develop effective product positioning in the market
6) Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
7) Develop mid-term plan and financial analysis
8) Brief and train sales personnel
9) Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
10) Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
11) Undertake package development strategies
12) Working with key stakeholders to ensure we meet often tight deadlines
What we- re looking for
1) Minimum of 5 years- experience of in the same field of brand marketing, deal management and sales planning
2) Able to show his ability for new product development.
3) Must also have a good grasp and understanding of consumer insights and needs
4) Strategic thinking and leadership skills are useful in securing brand manager jobs
5) Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6) Experience in managing databases and complex reporting on Excel
7) Excellent at collating information and reporting
8) Exposure to web, digital and print publishing tools would helpful
9) Great team worker
10) Flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of a global business
11) Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
12) Quick learner and able to pick up technical skills while on the job
