Brand & Marketing Manager - FMCG

Qualifications -

- MBA in General Management or Marketing preferred.

- 5 years of overall experience in a relevant role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B product marketing role or FMCG Brand Marketing preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role of the manager, branding & marketing, will be to focus on collaborating with the product, marketing, and business teams, to drive growth strategy, awareness, and adoption of existing and new brands, products, and features and would involve both ATL and BTL activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual marketing budget and align monthly plans with the same.

- Coordinate with different verticals to understand their branding and marketing related requirements

- Drive positioning of brands and products through field research, market trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to resonate within the community and differentiate ourselves

- Enhance visibility of the company's brands and products

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features

- Lead in creating content for all collaterals such as sales and marketing decks, landing pages, e-books, blogs, product videos, social media posts, webinars, etc.

- Lead marketing campaigns for up-selling and cross-selling existing and new product launches via using all available marketing channels - email and SMS marketing, web and app notifications, influencer marketing, online ads, etc.
