Brand Marketing Manager -- MNC DURABLE MAJOR

- Develop, reinforce and implement long-term strategy for Brands

- Develop and implement annual brand plans & effort priorities to help Company achieve its financial targets.

- Develop and implement compelling communication to build equity.

- Develop, implement and evaluate consumer promotion activities to generate trials and reward loyalty to help extend and build a strong consumer base.

- Develop media plan with the agency, evaluate and ensure implementation towards driving and strengthening the brand equity .

- Plan new POS development and channel development drives with sales and develop effective marketing plans for developing these channels .

- Support innovation initiatives through new product launches as extensions to strengthen current distribution and expand brand foot print.

- Support development of brand plans for NPDs (product, packaging, positioning, communication, trade, motivation) .
