Looking out for a brand marketer preferably from fintech, edtech or ecommerce background having 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience. You will be the brand custodian and will possess prior experience of launching brands from scratch. Responsibilities: 1) Developing core brand elements such as brand positioning, value proposition, tonality etc. 2) Strategizing, planning and executing the online as well as offline brand marketing initiatives with a goal to build awareness and trust amongst the TG. 3) Conducting benchmarking and market research to develop a 360-degree understanding of the target market. 4) Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all external/internal touchpoints. 5) Managing the brand partnerships/alliances which can help create awareness and drive traffic to the touch points. 6) Managing campaign budgets as well as evaluating, onboarding and managing the agencies or vendors to facilitate creation of high-quality content and creatives. 7) Leading content as well as PR roadmap and calendar in coordination with external as well as internal stakeholders. Requirements: 1) Graduation/Post-Graduation with 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in fintech, e-commerce or edtech organizations. 2) Prior experience of launching brands from scratch. 3) Creative and out-of-the-box thinker. 4) Excellent written and verbal communication. 5) Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
