- To strategize & implement marketing promotions including ATL & BTL communication across the region to attain maximum mileage
- To develop & conduct various Marketing programs to increase traffic & conversion ratios at Stores & Shop-in-Shop's
Operational Management - To restructure Branding (visibility) strategy in the Region. Selection of retail, vintage and outdoor sites as well as competition tracking
- To plan and implement of local offers and branding by utilizing the market feedback and intelligence to enhance the share of visibility and sales at retail points Stores & Shop-in-Shop's
- To launch new Stores & Shop-in-Shop's in the region by market analysis and feedback
- To manage on ground activities at low performing Stores & Shop-in-Shop's for improvisation in the footfalls
- To develop tailor made BTL programs for Stores & Shop-in-Shop's
- Responsible for brand imagery & engagement
- To support Operations and Visual Merchandising Team in making commercially focused decisions about Branding within stores/ around stores.
- To work with internal and external partners in the design, production and distribution of marketing materials (magazine articles, flyers, posters, etc.).
- To monitor, analyse and refine all marketing activities by assessing success in terms of brand awareness, sales figures, etc.
- To attend promotional events (fashion shows, industry specific networking events, etc.) as a representative of Bestseller and the individual brands, with a view to raising brand awareness in the India.
- To be a figure of authority and a source of expertise across the business on all matters relating to Marketing and Operations.
