The brand manager will be responsible for how the customer receives the brand communication at each touchpoint, digital or physical. They should be passionate about differentiation and about building a digital first brand. The expertise of the brand manager should also help define the brand's improvement on critical KPIs that enable the growth journey of the brand.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the D2C & Fashion marketing landscape
- Shape and communicate the uniqueness of their brand
- Translate brand elements into creatives that drive recall & differentiation at each touchpoint
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
- Ability to work with external agency partners to deliver the above within budgets
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
