Job Summary :
The head of brand marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and establish their payments solutions as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives to elevate the company's position in the payments industry.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our payment products, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and consumer preferences, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital platforms, traditional media, and events.
- Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
The successful applicant :
- 15+ years of proven experience in brand marketing and extensive brand building.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand marketing within the FinTech - Payments / ConsumerTech / Ecommerce industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using marketing analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
