Position Objective:  - Plan and execute innovative marketing interventions to help build the brand and / or to drive relevant marketing metrics.  Strategic Planning:  - Decide the marketing mix and finalize media strategies to drive optimum demand across all cities/products  - Create the marketing calendar; devise and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans across offline and online media to meet the desired communication objectives  - Act as an interface with the Media agencies and vendors to ensure implementation of ATL and BTL campaigns  - Work to identify the best RoI initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across channels - Print, Radio, SEM, TV, etc  - Design and execute consumer research across the company and specific categories  - Work with the Director - Marketing to build the overall brand vision, guidelines and positioning  - Work with the city teams to ensure that their local marketing and sales requirements are met  Operational Efficiencies:  - Strong interpersonal skills  - Comfort with a fast moving, startup environment and ability to adapt to change fast.   - Ability to spot actionable insights from heaps of unstructured data.   - Ability to own complex projects that have the ability to deliver exponential uplift in customer experience.   - Obsessive consumer focus  - The right attitude, enthusiasm and aptitude to excel in the responsibilities listed above.   - Heaps of energy and drive!  Requirements:  - Self - Starter  - Strong understanding of consumer behavior  - Strong analytic skills  - Ability to work in a dynamic, high growth environment  - Ability to work in a fast changing environment  - Strong understanding and experience on shaping and building a brand  Other Requirements:  - 1+ years of experience in Sales & 2 years of brand management experience in FMCG or a consumer product  - ATL / BTL experience  - Experience in driving consumer research  - Tier 1 B-School mandatory  Internal Interactions:   - Engineering  - Product   - Launch Team   - Corporate Services  - Human Resources  External Interactions:   - External agencies
