Key Responsibilities: - Handling Creative Agency. Will be responsible for handling ATL / BTL activity - To build brand equity and ensure achievement of market share - Develop Go To Market Strategy for category/product - Create a differentiated and compelling brand communication and engagement platform anchored on deep understanding of customer needs and insights - He / She will be responsible in identifying opportunities for current & future products of the organization to strengthen the product offering and create differentiated messaging - Developing the marketing & trade marketing plan. - Effective management of marketing ROI - Monitor the market and the consumer (trend, insights) and to propose and lead the execution of activities (communication) which address trends and drive the category - To lead new launches for respective brands and develop marketing support for market share building - Accountable for business update, competition tracking and recommend action plan/strategy for strengthening the brand - Be in close touch with the market & Closely interact with ASMs/RSMs to be in sync with the ground realities for achieving the desired AOP for brand/category Desired Qualification: - MBA from a reputed business school Desired Experience: - 3-5 Years- experience in Brand Management with minimum 1-2 year experience in sales in FMCG business Desired Skills and other requirements: - Experience in Packed food products/Frozen products/Functional food & beverages, experience in super premium/ premium category will be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal skills & people development capabilities - Over a sustained period of time has demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategy and delivering results - Experience of working in a complex, matrix environment - Experience of working in MT & trade marketing will also be an added advantage The Profile requires extensive traveling.
