Brand Manager - Spice Category - FMCG Startup

We are currently retained by one of the fastest growing startups (FMCG space related) in India to hire their Brand Manager. This is a well-established startup and is growing at an exponential rate. This role will be responsible to launch a new brand of spices for the organization. Please apply if you want to be a part of a revolution in Agritech sector.

Please note this role needs someone who has worked in the extensively into spices & spice mix category.

The role would encompass:

- Launch a new brand of spices for one of the fastest growing agritech brand in the country

- End to end to responsibility of launching and creating a new brand replete with product

- Responsible for communication development, media management and P&L

- Develops the Marketing & Brand management strategy for spices category

- Develops the Brand portfolio including Brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place along with key stakeholders and external agencies

- Coordinate with agencies and cross functional team for brand launch

- Ensure overall responsibility for Brand Activation & shopper marketing

- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning to attain maximum ROI

To fit the bill, you must have:

MBA in Brand or Marketing from a good B school

5+ years of experience into brand building

Proven track record in brand building in Food FMCG, Preferably Spice category

Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders
