We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is responsible for creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for our portfolio of products, build brand awareness and improve market share.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all relevant social media platforms

- Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality

- Working closely with Team to visualize ideas, along with day-to-day content creation for various social media channels. Manage a team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations

- Organize various social media initiatives to drive engagement and grow followers across social platforms

- Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team and individual

- Strategies, lead overall digital media plan and execute across online channels.

- Stay abreast of key social media trends, competition brand activities and emerging social media marketing technologies and benchmarks in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social formats and provide recommendations

- Managing and growing multiple large social media profiles, whilst maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image with every post

- Create and manage digital marketing (Brand, Programmatic, social, affiliates) strategies and leverage campaigns to deliver on business objectives

- Collaborate on influencer campaigns, shortlisting, collaboration plan and performance metrics

- Client & User insights mining and managing budgets for marketing campaigns

- Market & competitors research and tracking industry trends to deliver a winning product and marketing mix

- Understand and evolve the voice of our brand on social media. Suggest and implement new social formats to develop brand awareness, promotion, and boost engagement

- Creating compelling Ad videos

- Manage large-scale campaign planning, execution and optimization strategy for both performance and brand awareness.

- Collaborate with other teams like community, new product development, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Analyzing advertising return and reporting findings to senior management

- Demand generation through marketing communications and activations

- Must have exposure into Sales performance marketing - International

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven track record of brand management & marketing for digital tech platforms.

- Ability to manage uncertainty, ambiguity, complexity and change

- Highly skilled and experienced in alignment of key stakeholders

- A self-starter who showcases our journey in a way which multiplies our business and building an incredible brand value we have to offer.

- 5+ years of experience in Performance and Marketing for B2B & B2C customers with a focus on PAN India.

- Must have experience while working as a Social Media Manager/Community Manager

- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.,

- Worked or managed Digital marketing efforts for start-up(s) OR preferred from Marketing Agency

- Preferred combination of experience in online acquisition and retention marketing in an in-house digital marketing setup.

- A good understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices and marketing briefs.

- Excellent skills in analytical and logical reasoning, ability to analyse large and complex data sets to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for app downloads and campaigns.

- Thorough understanding and experience of Bid optimizers, RTB, DSPs, Ad exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation and web analytics tools like GA360/amplitude/Appsflyer.

- Have previously run App Install campaigns.

- Have a thorough hands-on experience of On-Page & Off-Page SEO.

- Have good knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress SEO plugins etc.

- Have run various types of marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google & LinkedIn.

- Driven to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

- Cross-functional knowledge and in-depth understanding of channels (offline & online)

- Preferable experience with a high growth start-up.
