Mandatory Requirements :-

Education: Graduate in Humanities / Sciences and Post-graduate in Communications /MBAMarketing from well-known/ Tier-I / Top-20 B-schools of India.

Candidates with good design understanding / experience on hospitality / design rich brands will be preferred.

Compensation will be comparable to the best in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

i.) Develop the end-to-end Brand plan for the consumer brand / project working closely with the CMO and SBU head.

ii.) To coordinate with the market research team to understand consumer insights and using the same to focus on the brand-building activities.

iii.) To regularly conduct visits/POS/site/venue to understand changes in the market, competition, experience consumer interactions and identify opportunities for the brand and business.

iv.) To effectively track all executions of plans and ensure that they are carried out as per brand expectations and confirm to set deadlines

v.) To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profiles.

vi.) To develop the Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities.

vii.) To work closely with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns.

viii.) To be the single point of contact for all information, communication, sales material, updated calendar, business MIS on the brand.

ix.) To track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated to the brand and share weekly, monthly, quarterly updates to the CMO's office on the same.

x.) To monitor sales data and plan/ modify branding initiatives so as to drive achievement of sales targets.

Xi.) To work-closely with the product manager, experience and loyalty managers in supporting various pre and post sales activities and experience relevant to the brand/s

xii.) To monitor competitor activities and communication strategies, and based on the same undertake timely market intervention in the market.

xiii.) To evaluate the brand communication and media spend mix for ATL/BTL/ Digital promotional activities done for the brand in line working with the Sales, Pre-sales, MIS Team and collaboratively formulate changes/ improvements /optimisations where reqd. Ensure implementation of the same.

xiv.) Quality check, all material and communication going out from the brand's template and ensure alignment with the corporate and product level brand templates for the same. To coordinate with vendors and ensure final compliance of all and every output.
