Position (Designation) : Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Role :
- This role holder is responsible for end to end management of the brand including profitability and growth
Qualification & Experience :
- Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in FMCG
- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience
Key Deliverables of the Role :
- Responsible for Brand building of the assigned brand
- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand
- Develop Marketing programs
- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy
- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand
- Lead communication development on the brand
- Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods
- Product promotion through Market communication, Media and Sales visibility

- Reports to Group Product Head
