Position : Business Development and Marketing Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)

Role: Brand Marketing Manager

Expectations:

- Eng + MBA (from tier B+ college)

- Atleast 3+ years in Business Development and Sales funnel management,

- Strong understanding of Brand, Marketing concepts is a must, Digital Marketing expertise/experience is highly desirable

- Industry exposure in B2B concept/service selling is a must, recruitment/talent acquisition industry experience shall be a plus!

- Ability to engage constructively with CXO/Business Heads/HR Heads and be able to showcase Silverpeople's value proposition objectively

- Ability to understand core pain point of clients, and be able to set/manage expectations for a smooth onboarding and working experience

- Belief and excitement about recruitment services

This is a 360 degree Brand custodian/sales role having great exposure, responsibility and ownership, this person shall act as the first point of connect between potential clients and Silverpeople and shall work directly with leadership team at Silverpeople.
