Brand Manager - Real Estate (4-12 yrs)

Our Brand Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end the social media, content, and online campaign strategy for ReWild. It is a high-ownership role wherein you will need to come up with creative solutions to increase the brand reach of the company. You will be involved in creating and managing one of the most promising brands in the space.

What Will You Do?

- Work on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working with our Creative, Social Media, and Design agencies to create marketing tools for the sales team and channel partners

- Onboard new marketing vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors to deliver marketing collaterals and experiences

- Support creation and execution of 360-degree marketing plan for all of our properties

- Monitor the website & sales collaterals regularly to ensure that they are updated with relevant information

- Ensure delivery of design and written content for any kind of marketing collateral on a timely basis

- Organise online and offline campaigns across different channels to drive brand awareness and reach

- Create unique site visits experiences at the project through F&B, Activities and other elements

- Own lead generation campaigns through various property portals and online classifieds. Work with the Sales team to set targets on leads and ensure cost-effective lead generation through online channel

- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets, while ensuring adherence to these

- Prepare comprehensive project marketing plans and budgets

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE :

- 4+ years of experience in content writing and delivery of marketing collaterals

- Experience in handling marketing campaigns

- A great sense of design and visual aesthetics - having a basic understanding of Photoshop/Illustrator

- Extremely proficient in written and spoken English

- Experience in running online campaigns to drive reach

- Experience in working with marketing vendors, designers and content specialists

- Good vendor management and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and create processes to ensure timely execution
