Brand Manager/Product Manager - FMCG/OTC

Position : Assistant/Brand Manager (or) Assistant Product Manager

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in Product / Brand Management with Sales Exposure

Job Location : Chennai (HO)

Education Qualification : MBA (Marketing) - from a Reputed Institute

Language : English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Industry Preference : FMCG, OTC Industries

Skill Sets:

- Excellent Communication skills

- Good at creativity

- Good Analytical, Interpersonal Skills

- Should have handled entire Brand Management

- Should have handled Creative & Media Agencies

- Should have handled Mass media planning (TV & Press)

- Should have exposure in Product & Packaging Development, and Product launches

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables:

To develop product promotion and advertising plans for each year, which would include advertising, consumer promotions, retail visibility, introduction of new products and marketing research in guidance from Head Marketing.

To implement promotion and advertising plans in consultation with Head Marketing.

To coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team on related aspects with regard to consumer promotions and new products. To communicate the details of consumer promotions and new products to the National Distributor.

To assist Head Marketing in development of advertising creatives with the advertising agency.

To develop and implement media plans (through the advertising agency) in guidance from Head Marketing

To develop retail visibility materials in consultation Head Marketing and with the help of the advertising agency.

To manage the brand websites.

To visit the markets periodically for evaluating the impact of the aforementioned marketing initiatives and recommending corrective actions, if any.

To develop and implement innovative brand building initiatives in consultation with Head Marketing.
