- Assist in the preparation of 3 year Strategic Plan, Annual Budget and marketing Plans for the brands
- Develop A&P budget with rationale and monitor spends vs desired results
- Develop an actionable NPD programme and regular review mechanism
- Regularly review all Gross Margins to implement price changes if any
- Prepare monthly Trade Deal sheets to be signed off by Management
- Co-ordinate with outside agencies along with team members for effective planning and execution of all POS, sampling and advertising and market research Programmes
- Co-ordinate all packaging requirements with dedicated resources in the department
- Prepare a competitive intelligence briefing every week to aid pre-emptive moves vs competition
- Track weekly sales, distribution and market share nos in each category
- Prepare and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing Programme
- Co-ordinate the preparation and execution of a viable PR and Social Media strategy in conjunction with the PR Manager
- Assist in the preparation of a Marketing Operations Manual using assistance of outside agencies
- Effectively allocate and supervise the work of subordinates to maintain departmental efficiency
- Any other Marketing Co-ordination work assigned by the Advisor from time to time
MBA in Marketing is must
