Responsibilities:
- Own the brand positioning, create ideas that have an impact and render them into effective end-to-end communication by designing language & online brand properties.
- Create the digital strategy for the brand across multiple channels and lead the consumer acquisition process.
- Own end to end positioning, communication & strategy for brand expansion
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in Personal Care / Cosmetics/ Beauty / Luxury brands
- Brand Marketing , Social Media Marketing preferably in Beauty / Wellness (personal care products)/ Fashion Brand Facing experience
- Co-develop and execute the marketing plan with cross-functional approach
- Ensure the development of the right Marketing mix.
- Analyse data to understand consumer trends and incorporate the same in the communication strategy.
