Secondary responsibilities:

- Understanding the Price points of Product and System associated with it and work with Technical Teams to align products competitively.

- Understand stocking and handling dynamics in store and align packaging / awareness programs for the same.

- Benchmarking of Collaterals available in the market both at the consumer level and Professional level.

- Define parameters of development of shade tools (books), understand usage patterns of color tools and adjust them for easy to use.
