Position: Brand Manager Incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve market share targets and exceed sales of assigned OTC brands. Job Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a strategic brand plan in line with sales, profit, market share and spend targets - Sound knowledge of product, brand attributes and consumer trends in the market. - Market Research & Analysis of Competitor Brands. - Financial accountability, including managing budgets and spends. - Cross functional collaboration with wider sales, marketing, procurement, customer service and technical teams and external agencies. - Develop selling material and collateral for the field force, combining traditional and digital strategies. Skills and Experience : - Minimum of 7-12 years' experience of handling Product or Brand Management role in OTC/Consumer Health portfolio. - Must demonstrate an ability to work in a fast pace environment. - Tertiary qualifications required.
