Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areas : As Brand Manager for music channels, you will be responsible for building awareness for them and making it the preferred destination for the youth. This will require strategizing, budgeting and executing medium-long term marketing strategies for your business vertical. You will liaise with the marketing head and collaborate on projects with other functions such as Consumer Insights, Programming, Sales - Lead digital Marketing efforts to create a measurable, ROI driven campaign across Social Media and other Digital platforms - Shape a unique identity for the brand with a strong point of view in the digital medium. Curate unique experiences online that builds imagery for the brand and affinity with consumer and advertisers - Focus on digital growth for the brand - obsession with numbers to help make decisions &amp; drive campaigns - Build on sharp consumer insights and behaviour to develop innovative campaigns with Digital being the centre of it and secondary mediums being on-ground/TV/PR, etc. - Ability to manage multiple projects and plan ahead to roll out strategic channel initiatives and month on month property promotions - Sharpen consumer understanding and propose consumer centric product and marketing solutions basis Consumer Research and Digital trends - Content Marketing &amp; digital first properties to be the focus - Working with brand solutions team to identify relevant categories and create customized, innovative solutions for advertisers to drive incremental revenue and position channel as a preferred destination - Has high drive with bias for action, relentless in effort with a view to building her/ his brand for the long term Any other specific skills / attributes : - MBA/Post-Graduate in Marketing from a reputed institute. - 6+ yrs overall experience with significant experience in shaping a new Brand, Digital campaign development, new age marketing platforms &amp; content marketing. - Detailed understanding of Digital &amp; Social Media is a must. - Knowledge of Marathi language would be a plus
