- Develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management plan.
- Develop and maintain guidelines, systems and tools to ensure strong brand consistency
- Developing short and long-term strategic plans including annual business plans, communication, promotion and media plans
- Devising & effectuating go-to-market strategy of introducing products in line with the core brand communication strategy
- Executing plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups using market segmentation & penetration strategies for business expansion
- Developing and implementing brand communication, activation and media plans
- Consumer understanding to identify business opportunities & recommend plans to achieve it
- Liaison with advertising / media agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication
- Liaison with trade marketing teams to decide & roll-out brand
- Handling multi crore budgets
