I) Achieve Business Targets set for the year :
- Work with the Marketing Director to set the right targets for the category creation and determine priorities which we need to drive to deliver the business.
- Create yearly and long term Business plans along with Sales projections & investment details.
- Full management & delivery of Topline and Bottomline for the segments. targets would include the following :
1. Sales (OIS) growth - Achieve Sales targets.
2. Profitable growth - Gross Margin target.
II) Build a Consumer-focused Business :
- Develop the right market positioning for the Brand across segments.
- Drive Awareness, Trial, and Consumption for the brand across segments.
- Partner with R&D to develop the right portfolio driving New product development (NPDs) & Consumer promotions where relevant.
- Work with creative teams to manage campaigns, graphics, and packaging. Successfully deliver all ATL & BTL Activations Agency management Creative, Media Buying, Activation, and Digital.
Targets used for evaluation will be as follows:
1. Awareness, Trial and Consumption targets
2. Competitive growth - Market Share Targets
3. Campaign wise targets & Return On Investment targets.
4. Build a Customer relevant business
III) Partner with Sales team to drive Brand priorities with Customers.
- Decide what plans can be implemented along with the sales team to drive the product portfolio in the relevant markets.
- Provide support to Sales Activation team for displays, etc.
IV) Partner with Demand Planning, Supply chain & Manufacturing :
- Work with the Demand planning team & sales team to provide inputs which help inaccurate forecasting.
- Work with the supply chain team to see how NPDs are connecting and Landing in the market.
- Provide forecasts for capacity planning.
IV) Others :
- Interaction with legal to ensure mandatory/statutory warnings on Communication, packaging and other artworks is approved
- Liaising with QC team to keep abreast of customer complaints and market feedback they will drive any changes basis feedback or complaints ownership will be with the technical team
- Competition Analysis - market share and Consumption data.
- Interaction with legal to ensure mandatory/statutory warnings on packaging
Candidate Profile:
- Brand Management, long term plan
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Premier institutes
