Job Title/ Designation : Brand Manager (Liabilities) Marketing & Corporate Communication

Experience Required : 5-10 Years Currently working or has worked in a bank

Skills Required :

- Experience in marketing, preferably in banking space

- Understanding of Liabilities products such as Savings Account, Current Account, Term Deposit etc.

- Should have good presentation & communication skills

- Aptitude for aesthetics and copy writing

- Experience in managing events and alliances will be an added advantage

- Strong project management skills

Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities :

- Crafting brand communication for designated liability products

- Develop understanding on consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research

- Conceptualizing and implementing BTL activities to promote bank's products

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market

- Creating third-party alliances to strengthen product offerings and increasing engagement with customers

- Working closely with Digital Marketing team to conceptualize online campaigns to target segmented base based on behaviour and demographics

- Communicating the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products

- Plan launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, including monitoring, review and report on all marketing activity and results
