Job Description - The objective of the job is to lead all brand communications for the luxury brand on all the channel platforms such as ATL (TVCs, radio, print etc), BTL (Roadshows, client outreach etc) and Digital (social media, affiliates, etc) and to work with agencies to create briefs about the brand.

Description:
- Lead the Consumer understanding, Brand positioning, Collection Concepts, & Campaign management
- Establishing the brand as the leading aspirational brand in the fine jewellery category. Thereby grow the consumer community for the same through social media, PR
- Content ideation, creation and execution
- IP ideation, creation and execution for brand
- Brand Custodian - Brand roll out at touch points - creating guidelines, ensuring
- Retail collateral creation and support
- Direct Marketing / Performance marketing creatives support
- Identifying relevant platforms and channels for brand and growing these platforms and channels
- Identifying new agencies, partners maintaining relationships and negotiating costs
- Customer insighting to bring in relevant inputs for business
- Managing Brand Budgets
Profile:
- Having worked in luxury and lifestyle space is a must for 6+ years is a must- profile will be rejected if otherwise
- MBAs in sales in marketing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Current/preferred location to be Bengaluru
