Our client, a very well known name in the Tyre/Lubricant/Paints sector, is looking to expand its Marketing team for India.
They wish to recruit Brand Managers for two of the largest brands.
Key Responsibilities shall be -
- The incumbent would be the Custodian for Brand
- Define the strategic framework of brand, i.e. Brand Architecture, Brand Key and Product initiative master plan in line with long term vision.
- Plan and implement all in-market activity, Communications development and Media planning (ATL/BTL, Outdoors).
- Understand Consumer through Research & develop meaningful Insights - U&A research, Ad evaluation etc
- Aid in new product development.
- Portfolio management for the entire range of products and SKU optimization to increase profitability of brand.
- Keeping a track of consumer behavior, brand health, equity of the brand, end-price, competition activity, etc.
We invite applications from premier B School graduates with around 4-7 years of post qualification experience. Must have experience in brand management for at least 3 years in across brand management, new product development, activation & a short stint in sales.
