The person will lead to communication development and channel deployment for all customer related (external) communications - Ensure efficient utilization &amp; tracking of all marketing efforts &amp; spend initiatives, supported by clear ROI metrics-Develop the brand strategy and positioning for the company. A person will lead to communication development and channel deployment for all customer related (external) communications. - Be it on the app or of the app. the incumbent, working with the team, would also be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing calendar of product, events, and launches&nbsp; - Develop the social media and digital strategy for promotion of the company. - Develop the brand architecture for new sub-brands across product launches and work with the Marketing team for fitment with the media strategy of the company. - Write the marketing brief for all campaigns on the company, Ideate on and create 360-degree campaigns for new launches; including off-app brand visibility on TV, Print, OOH and in-store on the company's Android, iOS apps and web pages Consumer Immersion to understand the barriers and triggers for the products to create an impactful marketing plan. - Ensure efficient utilization &amp; tracking of all marketing efforts &amp; spend initiatives, supported by clear ROI metrics
