Brand Manager - IT

1. Conduct consumer, competitor and market research to enter new markets and improve the stats on current markets.

2. Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy and marketing calendar that communicates the Company's value vis-a-vis its competitors.

3. Work along with the product team to relay the new feature updates to customers in the form of a monthly product newsletter.

4. Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas.

5. Own the customer advocacy piece and work along with the customer exp. team to get reviews and case studies done from customers.

6. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date.

7. Create content and briefs for brand promotion across channels and campaign related content for the performance marketing team eg. blogs, videos, and more.
