Brand Manager - Internet Startup

We are hiring for an internet Startup renowned organization, Delhi based role.

Job responsibilities:

- Own all the digital and social properties from a presence, awareness generation, brand communication and marketing perspective.

- Own marketing calendar, overall set of activities related to digital and brand marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs.

- Lead social media strategy, content pillars, and our overall social playbook; oversee social media execution and content creation.

- Work with leadership and creative heads to organize campaign planning and brand events and outreach programs.

- Establish brand partnerships and drive partnership projects from concept to execution

- Own the digital branding and social media teams.

- Work with influencers and celebrities to create content that will strengthen the social media and community presence.

- Conduct market research to create content that increase brand awareness and differentiates the organization in the market.

- Manage freelance and creative agencies as needed

Required Skills & Background:

- Experience in marketing roles, particularly in setting up digital presence and building brands digitally, campaign planning, content strategy, and partnership management, would be valuable.

- Experience with digital first startups will be valuable.
