Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement the brand plans
- Develop a deep understanding of target consumer and become his/her advocate across company initiatives
- Lead 360 degree brand launches. Drive ATL, BTL & Digital Media Planning on brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with research and creative agencies to build sharp briefs & drive compelling consumer communication anchored in strong consumer insights
- Work with the extended team in campaign idea development & creative production using innovation & new age technology
- Work closely with revenue management and product teams to ensure smooth execution of all brand initiatives
- Ensure efficient utilization & tracking of all marketing efforts & spend initiatives, supported by clear ROI metrics
- Engage & Manage external agencies
What To Bring
- MBA from premier B-school with 3+ yrs of work experience
- Experience across the FMCG/Ecommerce/Fintech space in brand management (atleast 2 years of brand management experience)
- Demonstrated experience in executing ATL marketing campaigns and leading complex projects independently
- A balance of sound creative judgement & analytical skills
- Detail Orientation, High Bias for Action & Self Awareness
