S/he will be solely responsible for building a large and remunerative client base while keeping tabs on new developments in the market and help bridge the gap between Kool Kanya's offerings and client requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;: Social Media and Content Development : - Social Media and Online Branding of a Content &amp; Networking Platform - Drive Social Media Engagement with a thorough Content Strategy - Create and curate engaging content for use across all online mediums - Monitor trends in the market which can be used for brand management. - Drive smart paid social advertising activity to achieve business goals and ensure channel optimisation and manage budget accordingly Website and EDM : - Ownership of the website, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging and updated regularly in accordance with the brand guidelines, and always optimised for driving conversion. - Manage EDM provider and actively drive database growth initiatives which may include acquisition. - Develop engaging and regular EDMs to communicate with existing database and drive online conversion. Community Management : - Maintain constant interaction with the online community maintaining the brand voice. - SEO / SEM and Performance Media - Build SEM campaigns to drive traffic to the website. - Maintain a continual focus on optimising SEO across all online platforms. - Manage the execution of digital performance media. Strategy &amp; Relationship Management : - Develop a quarterly digital marketing strategy in conjunction with the broader marketing plan, in accordance with the brand guidelines - Manage all digital marketing expenses and ensure budgets are maintained and funds allocated appropriately based on brand priorities. - Manage external supplier relationships including digital agencies, production etc, to ensure a constant focus on driving online traffic and conversion.
