The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brands by
a. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
b. Complete Business Responsibility for a category of the brand
c. Lead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in Horeca, QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the company
Key Responsibility:
. Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Identify opportunities in Horeca, QSRs and Key Accounts
- Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders
- Lead new product development/customization work for HoReCa segment in coordination with cross functional teams especially R&D team
- Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function and other key stakeholders & track success parameters
- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
