Role / Position Title : Brand Manager Department/Function : Marketing Location : Mumbai, India POSITION SUMMARY : Developing Brand activation calendar Region/Branch wise for DG with distribution & extraction parameters OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : (1) Developing Brand activation calendar Region/Branch wise for DG with distribution & extraction parameters. Monitor performance of the brand versus objectives set (2) Focus market activation plan and implementation (3) Visit key market to understand performance of brand (4) Visit key influencers to promote and ensure endorsement of the brand (5) Visit key de-growing markets to understand and address de-growth (6) Plan and monitor effectiveness of influencer activities for the product (7) Ensure key approvals for the product as per objectives and time frame (8) Product training and design content (9) New Product launch planning & effectiveness (10) Track on competition price and scheme and activities Education : MBA (Fulltime) Qualified 4-6 years Experience in Product Marketing in Home interior & Consumer brand space. - At least 3-year Brand/Product Manager experience is desirable. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) : - Media relations, Marketing Strategy, Branding, Sales, Consumer Behaviour, Customer focus, Cost focus. - Leadership / Managerial Attributes - Planning & organizing, Communication & networking, Creative, Analytical ability, Proactive, Result oriented
