Position : Brand Manager
Location: Bangalore
Job Profile :
- Turning our company into a sustainable brand
- Handling brand communication of the company
- Conduct consumer research
- Create strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Plan, design, strategize & execute the branding campaigns
- Conceptualize the strategic initiatives and execute effectively
- Supervise the Brand Content
- Actively participate in planning, designing, conceptualizing & execution of our Ad campaign (Print, visual, audio etc)
- Track consumer & market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volumes, market share, profit projections, pricing & distribution
- Analyse sales data to update a brand category portfolio, determine new products and delete under performing products.
The selected candidate will be designated as Brand Manager and will report to the Marketing Head. Brand Manager will closely be working with Co-Founders, Digital Marketing team, BTL Team, Content development team & Graphic designing for brand management.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA from a premier institute such as IIM/XLRI/XIME/ISB/Welingkar/NMIMS/MICA etc. Tier 2 colleges will also so
- Proficient in brand communication and content writing
- Excellent communicator
- Creative and good at thought provoking ideas
- Must be willing to work in fast paced work environment where every day is a new challenge to be converted into opportunity.
- Must have worked with good companies
- Must have handled good brand independently
- Must be a confident and a decision maker
