Currently working on a Brand Manager role for a Healthcare chain based in Gurgaon.
Job Profile:
Market Research : Lead market research initiatives to derive insights on consumer wants/needs/desires before product conceptualization
- Analyze the overall market potential, competitive landscape and identify emerging market trends
- Provide project specific insights through need gap analysis, U&A studies, etc.
Brand Strategy - Positioning and Differentiation :
- Finalize the brand's vision, positioning and architecture
- Innovate to create product differentiation in the market place
- Ensure that the product is designed and built as per the consumer need and preferences
- Finalize on product pricing basis positioning, consumer insights and competition mapping
Brand Communication : Lead initiatives for consistent external & internal communications as per the Corporate Communications guidelines.
- Visual Identity - Brand name, logo, catch phrase, jingle, mascot, brand manuals, etc.
- ATL Communication - Development of creative & finalization of the media plan
- Collaterals - Brochures and leaflets, project presentations, virtual project animations, corporate presentation and AVs, project models, designs for all external and internal signages / graphics
Experience Required :
- MBA - Marketing with 4- 8 years of experience
- Good attention to detail, analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Sharp ability to understand business requirement and varied economic environments
- Strong focus on speed and ability to adapt change Good communication and high on Strategic Agility
