KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop marketing plans addressing category recruitment
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar
- Conceptualize communication plans to create brand recall and actively engage consumers and execute them through a prudent mix of ATL and BTL activities
- Understand consumer needs and market dynamics
- Work closely with local managers and the sales team to ensure alignment and execution marketing activities
- Develop relevant promotional strategies for consumers
- Support launch of promotional schemes for channel partners
- Understand market and consumer feedback by leveraging internal and external data sources and present insights for future developments
Consumer Connect
- Plan and execute on-going programs for better consumer connect especially focusing on the youth segment
- Effective execution of market development activities for creating better brand awareness
Creativity & Innovation
- Partner with creative agencies to develop effective modes of communication both within stores and outdoors
- Partner with merchandising agencies to develop resources to reaching out to consumer
Self-Development
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and research
- Understand Bausch + Lomb competency framework and Values and demonstrate in day to day operations
- Take ownership of personal development and maximize career opportunities
