Brand Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are looking to hire a Brand Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience, who will lead the development and execution (end to end) of marketing campaigns . The candidate will be expected to

- Develop detailed and engaging marketing content and promo plans that reflect the global brand strategy and the regional go-to-market plan.

- Work with top creators and agencies to create fantastic, localized experiences for gamers in India, with award winning production and engaging storytelling.

- Own and run complete campaigns with agencies, creative teams, and specialist teams to deliver marketing/product goals. We are fun quirky team, not afraid to poke fun at oneself.

- Run insight generation and market study programs and drill down to clear needs, goals, and metrics for the growth of games. Figure out what your TG finds fun.

Note: The role reports to the Head of Marketing and the person will be leading all things brand.

WHAT WE EXPECT :

- While a strong understanding of the games industry is ideal, we treat it as an enabler rather than a filter.


- Heavily conversant with brand building principles and tools/trends to drive mobile users and revenue


- Experienced in scaling digital products using a roadmap via pure marketing. We love people with deep expertise in one channel, and a generalist for others.

- Fully equipped to handle a high DAU product showcasing past experiences in high user bases in gaming, entertainment, OTT, or big tech. Or have created ads/content for such organizations.

- Alternatively, have individually managed a category/revenue stream/GMV of significant

- Able to demonstrate your passion for gaming, having played OR having worked in gaming organizations. Or have worked in Ad agencies and created content on gaming/entertainment

- Proven in running large budget marketing campaigns for consumer facing digital brands.

- Additional understanding of AAA esports/mobile gaming esports and following trends is a plus.

- Regular/Past player of our games is always a helpful plus.
