They are market leaders in several product categories and have a solid presence in India. Currently they are looking for a Brand Manager to support the rapid growth of one of its new brands.  Job Description:  Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:  - Achieving market share and growth targets for your brand in the Indian market  - Developing and executing all brand activities - including ATL/BTL/digital presence of the brand, pricing and overall strategy, working with external agencies for the same  - Building cross-functional alliances with trade marketing, sales and market research teams for the purpose of brand building  - Utilising market insights to plan for brand development and new geographies for launch, based on consumer response and competitor analysis  Profile  The ideal candidate would be an MBA from a top B-school (2008/09/10 batch) with at least 5 - 8 years of brand management experience with a reputed FMCG organisation. He/she would have a demonstrated ability to manage a growing brand and deliver results consistently. Ideally, a background in all aspects of brand management - ATL and BTL as well as some digital exposure would be preferred.
